We were married for 26 years and I have many happy memories of supporting the Hospice, and will continue to do so.

Barbara volunteered on reception between 5 - 7 pm every Wednesday evening for 16 years as well as pro-actively supporting many fund raising events. Co-incidentally the ambulance taking her to the Hospice arrived there at 5 pm on the Wednesday evening. I have met many of the very good friends she made through the Hospice. In fact a group of them used to meet up for meals every 6 to 8 weeks. We had been married for 26 years. The Hospice supported her during her Chemotherapy treatment for cancer since 2018 and It was fitting that she was able to spend her last few days there.
